After having introduced cute mascot girls to promote its Windows operating system with Madobe Nanami for Windows 7, the Madobe Yuu & Madobe Ai pair for Windows 8, as well as other mascots like Claudia for the Windows Azure cloud service, Microsoft has announced a new moe mascot for Windows 10!
The new Windows 10 girl has no name yet, but Microsoft has advertised they will launch a naming campaign for fans to name her.
Although this new character is yet unnamed, it has been revealed that she will be voiced by Nonaka Ai, known for voicing anime characters like Kyouko in “Puella Magi Madoka Magica”, Fuuko in “Clannad”, Konoka in “Mahou Sensei Negima!” and Kafuka in “Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei”.

Considering a voice talent has been brought in to voice the new mascot, do hope it will not only be for promotional video and advertisement purposes, but that Microsoft will also release a custom sound pack with cute phrases by Nonoka Ai to replace the default windows system sounds with.
Am using the Claudia sound pack and one of the Bing Mascot sound packs on my current computers, while am still very fond of the Claudia system sounds voiced by Kitamaru Eri, think it would be nice to change the Bing sound packs for a new one.
